From Project to Purpose

Every since I was young, I was in love with astronomy and outer space. As I grew older, I gained unique skills and experiences in Computer Science that allowed me to pursue unique projects combining my interests.

Lapse Terra began as a personal computer science project — an experiment with Youtube's API, video automation, and public data visualization.

Over time, it grew into something more: a way to make public science data accessible and inspiring for everyone.

By transforming raw satellite and space imagery into engaging time-lapse videos, Lapse Terra helps people see the beauty and patterns of our planet and beyond.
